“Both ethics are law are based on Human Behaviour” says Asst. Prof Adhikary

Assistant Professor of Department of Language and Mass Communications, Kathmandu University, Mr Nirmala Mani Adhikary kicked off the lecture Sahayatra Lecture Series. The first lecture was conducted in Sagarmatha College, Dillibazar in which Mr Adhikary gave a one and half hour lecture on “Media Ethics” to BA third year students of Sagarmatha College including the students of Grahmin Collge, Active college, Times college and Kathmandu University Bachelor in media studies students.

AT the first hour of the lecture, Mr Adhikary clarified mass communication students about Ethics and Law with various contemporary national as well as international examples. The last half hour of the lecture was dedicated for clarifying the relevance of Ethics on media, the significance of Media Ethics as subject for Mass communication students and the consequences when Media Ethics are ignored. Talking about the meeting point about Ethics and law Asst. Prof Adhikary spelled, ““Both ethics are law are based on Human Behavior”.

In the one and half hour lecture series organized by Sahayatra –An intercollege media students’ network, Mr Amol Acharya, the president of Sahayatra thanked Mr Adhikary for his valuable time and SM college for the arrangements.

The next lecture will be notified later.According to the organizer the tentative topic will be Research.
