A short interaction programme was organised by Department of Language and Mass communication, Kathmandu University on June 25, 2010 at department building in Dhulikhel. The main objectives of the programme were the interaction between the mass communication departments of both KU and Bagiswori College and address over the queries regarding the readability research directed by Asst. Prof Nirmala Mani Adhikary of Department of Languages and Mass Communication, KU.
The programme started at 11: 30 AM with the short introduction of the all the participants including teachers and Students of Bagiswhori College. Krishna Prasad Dhansa, the principle of Bagiswhori College expressed his gratitude to the Department of languages and Mass Communication, KU for organising such interactive programme. The programme was attended by Asst. Prof Hem Raj Kafle, Lecturer Mr Khagendra Acharya , Asst Prof Nirmala Mani Adhikary from Kathmandu University and Lecturer Subha Raj Silpakar and Principle Krishna Prasad Dhansa from Bagiswhori College who gave short introduction about the courses they teach at their respective institution. Mr Silpakar said that Bagishwori College would like to be the part of "SAHAYATRA", an inter-college media Students network.
At the end, the students of Bageshswori College were requested to fill the questionnaires prepared for accomplishment of Readability Research of Broadsheet Dailies published from Kathmandu Valley. Shekhar KC, BMS third year students played the role master of ceremony while Amol Acharya ended the programme with vote of thanks to all the participants. Prem Tshering Sherpa gave the media coverage to the programme by capturing the images of the major happenings while other media Students of KU felicitated the programme.
